I am  trying out the concept of having a vendor that can provide the service of sending you products directly to your home that might be recommended in my office, or which you might have decided to try on your own .   For example, currently  I might suggest a certain store, pharmacy or location to pick up a non Rx product that I do not stock in my office. Recently, a patient said he could not find a suitable mirror for the daily inspection of his Diabetic  Feet.   Awhile ago, someone asked for alternatives in less harsh nail polishes ( since we resolved a nail fungal problem) but in both cases, I did not know where to specifically refer them.   

When I know of a local resource, I  would still provide those names and locations to you.  But sometimes, the extra time and effort of going to the store, cost of time, gas, or possibly even getting there and finding that it is not in stock may not always be an efficient use of your time and other resources.  So in those case, the cost paying for the item to be mailed directly from this vendor might be a very good trade off.   In some instances, I am sure the costs on this site are less expensive than you will find locally, and in other cases they may not be.  But overall the objective is to provide an alternative and alllow you the choice.
